Kathy, a big-picture thinker and passionate nonprofit and faith-based communications professional, lives in Roswell, Georgia with her husband Kent and three children. When not brainstorming up new ways to push Becky out of her comfort zone, Kathy spends her free time reminding her kids to use their inside voices, cooking without recipes, and walking with families who have lost a child due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss.

Deena Pavinato
Director of Ministry Operations
Deena lives in Oglesby, Illinois among the corn fields of North Central Illinois. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling Education and over 30 years of corporate work experience in customer support leadership, project implementation and process improvement. Deena is a Benedictine Oblate and loves the practice of Ora et Labora, prayer and work. She is passionate about finding joy in daily life and seeing God’s presence in creation. Ignatian Spirituality appeals to her because of the emphasis on being a contemplative in action, reflecting on God’s presence in all things while living and working in a busy world. She relaxes and expresses her creativity with papercrafting and mixed media projects, journaling and gardening at home.

Chris Eldredge
Business Manager
Chris is an executive operations and project management leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, leadership, and process improvement. He has experience in healthcare, higher education, training and development, information technology and financial services. Chris enthusiastically supports Becky’s ministry by managing accounting, budget, operations, technology, and anything else she needs help with! He enjoys life with Becky in Baton Rouge, LA, with their three kids.

Stephanie Clouatre Davis
Retreat Facilitator
Stephanie Clouatre Davis, OPA, is an Associate with the Dominican Sisters of Peace and is an Ignatian trained Spiritual Director. In her more than 20 years of ministry for the Catholic Church, she has directed hundreds of retreats and spoken at many conferences for teens, young adults, and adults. Stephanie graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a BA in Theology and spent more than 15 years teaching junior high, high school, and college level courses while seeking masters in both Pastoral Studies and Rhetoric from Loyola University and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Stephanie has devoted her life to teaching and developing youth and adult retreats and programs. Stephanie lives in Covington, Louisiana, with her loving husband, Michael, and her two teenage girls, Abby and Emma.
