I have devoted my entire adult life to learning, growing, and teaching Ignatian spirituality to men and women, busy parents, clergy, church leaders, and professionals.
I am passionate about bringing the principles of Ignatian Spirituality into everyday life in order to teach people how to find God in all things and understand the calling God has for them.
As a busy mom, author of two award-winning books, as well as someone trying to balance a professional career, I understand the challenges of finding the space to grow one’s faith while spending regular time in prayer.
That is the beauty of Ignatian Spirituality. It is a contemplative practice that anyone can easily use amongst the busy realities of life. It is available to us all—no matter where you are in your spiritual journey or phase of life.
